Axis bank did Cibil Enquiry for manual LE

On my SELECT card, I had requested manual LE. I also shared my other SC final statement, which they rejected. Then they asked for my salary/ITR information.

I checked my cibil today and noticed a new inquiry from Axis Bank

I had previously requested manually from citi, Sc, hsbc, and others, but they never inquired did a hard inquiry about it. Just a heads up to anyone who has requested manual LE from axis.

On a side note, they offered me 15k LE over my current limit, which I declined and asked them to reconsider.

How did you get your office address updated? Because every time after I get it updated, it doesn't get reflected in their system.

You can aske them for removing that enquiry.

Send mail to pno and ask them to supress the cibil enquiry. Mostly they will remove the cibil enquiry.

I mailed PNO and mentioned my work address in the first mail itself. I got SR number after 1 working day. After 2 more working days, they replied that it has been updated.

Immediately upon their reply, I went ahead to chat with axis customer care to request for manual LE and it went through. They asked for Salary Slip and now got another SR number stating to wait for 5 working days.

Fingers crossed.
