axis bank employ disabused the loan without confirmation

hlo guys i purchase a house last year in july and take a home loan is with icici so i take home loan of 46 lakh plus 30 lakh od limit on same property
now in may 2023 axis bank employ came to my office and offer me a better interest rate than icici on balance transfer of both home loan and overdraft facility
so i go with them than the did not get the rate of overdraft facility the promise to me this prosses is take time and at this time the take me some money on saying this is the prosesing fees and all , now on 30-aug-23 the disbursed the home loan without permission and the overdraft is not disburse
1. at this time axis bank is not issued the disbursement cheque
2. axis bank started interest at the date of loan disbursement .
3. now axis bank is demanding me the emi on home loan
but the point is axis bank is never issued the cheques
so i complaint this to pno but the only doing timepass
so i raise a complaint to RBI OMBANSMAN on 19-OCT-2023
now tomorrow axis bank is sent me the legal notice for not paying the emi so what i do now

Don't worry too much about the legal notice. You have not done any crime to care about it. For the rest, go in person and sort out the issue. Have patience. This may take a long time to resolve depending on lots of factors. GL.

1. Axis Agent came to his office, offered attractive interest rates on balance transfer
2. But he didn't get promised interest rate
3. Then agent asked some time
4. Now agent said there are some processing charges+ fees etc after 30 aug
5. Agent processed his loan without consent
6. Axis didn't issue him cheques till date & asking EMI
7. He escalated this to PNO but they're passing the time
8. He escalated to RBI Ombudsman too
9. Here, agent/bank also sending him legal notices for the EMI.

This is what I've understood from OP post.

this is a case of mis selling so rbi should give a verdict in your favour
if they dont escalate this to consumer forum
