Axis bank fraud

AXIS BK INSIDER FRAUD

I am 79 Yr old Parkinson disease patient . Axis bk insider committed cyber crime by hacking my mobile and syphined off 71000 in 3 transactions on 15th Dec using my CC . I filed complaint with Axis bk incl their MD as well as to banking Ombudsman.
Onfirtunately for me on 30th Dec one Ravi Mishra claiming to be Axis bk employee assured Axis bk has recovered 3 amounts and foxed me to share my SB Ac assuring 3 amounts will get transferred there. He cheated me and cyphoned off 22800 from my sb ac. Fortunayely I had recorded his conversation on 30th Dec
ALL THE ABOVE INCL HIS MOB NUMBER I SENT AXIS BK MD as well as BO and cyber crime .
I am only getting standard mails from MD desk .
WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
HOW TO MAKE AXIS BK HELP ME ?

Sorry to hear that you had to go through such an experience.
If it has already been 30 days since you raised the first written complaint with Axis, you can move this to the RBI Ombudsman.

If you want to file a complaint against any bank, follow those steps.
Remember one thing, file a complaint with your bank first, then wait 30 days for resolution. If your bank doesn't solve your problem within 30 days, you can move to the RBI banking ombudsman. If you don't get any satisfactory resolution from your bank, you can also move to the RBI banking ombudsman before completing 30 days.
