Axis Bank is offering me a pre-approved credit card with a limit of ₹54,000 across various variants under Mastercard, RuPay, and Visa.

Hi everyone,

I recently received a **pre-approved offer** from Axis Bank for a credit card with a limit of **₹54,000**. A few days ago, the same offer showed a **₹55,000 limit**, but now it has been reduced. I’m wondering why this might have happened.

Axis Bank is offering me multiple options, including:
- **MyZone, Ace, Neo, Samsung Signature, Rewards, Indian Oil, Flipkart, airtel axis , Privilege, Samsung Infinite, Atlas, Select**
- Available in **Mastercard, Visa, and RuPay variants**

I’m also considering applying for the **HDFC Swiggy Credit Card**. However, I have a few concerns:

1. **Why did Axis Bank reduce the credit limit from ₹55,000 to ₹54,000?**
2. **Would applying for both Axis and HDFC cards simultaneously impact my credit score (CIBIL) or increase the chances of rejection for either application?**
3. **Which Axis Bank card would be the best choice given my limit?**

Would love to hear your insights on this. Thanks in advance!

1. Its under bank provision they can reduce or increase based on various factors and they have there own prediction systems on a user.
2. No it won't impact however its totally based on your cibil profile what accounts, bad history, and usages you have
3. Any life time free cards only

1. It's their choice. These decisions are mostly taken by predefined algorithms.

2. No, it may go down a little for a while, but will bounce back soon. Go ahead and apply.

3. Choose a card as per your requirement. Every card has its own pros and cons.

Also, for HDFC, go for the core card first.
What you said is correct, but HDFC is random.
From last December they are not issuing Swiggy on shared limit, but again HDFC is @#$%
