Axis Bank Net banking FreeCharge Portal Error

Hello Everyone

My Airtel Axis bank credit card statement was on 12th August generated. Today (20-08-23) I logged into Axis Bank Home Page-> Payments->Pay my dues-> Selected the whole amount-> Redirected to freecharge gateway-> Selected "Debit Card" as the payment mode-> entered Debit Card Details and verified-> Entered the OTP and Verified -> The freecharge payment gateway webpage session expired->

Kindly suggest what to do now? My amount is debited from account. Since the webpage showed session expired immediately after payment i don't know whether it will credit to my card account or not. Did not receive any acknowledgement from Axis Bank. Neither reflecting in the statement.

Can anyone provide any inputs on this issue? If anyone faced this kind of problem before.

you will receive a mail from freecharge on the transaction

It will be reversed in 3 days ..But for safe of the money please raise a SR with CC

You'll not receive any email.

It'll be credited to your credit card account within 3 working days. I have tried many times.

It's because of the poor Axis app which session expires before user even reach to credit card page 🤣🤣.

No gateway failure.
