Axis bank new account queries

Hi Team,

I opened new salary account in axis. It was ready kit account. I was alredy holding axis credit card So there was issue of customer id as i alredy had customer id in axis system while ready kit had new customer id. But the account opening agent managed that and linked this new account to my exisitng account.
The account is now opened
But
1. I am not able to see that in mobile app. But its present in internet Banking.
2. Debit card not getting shown anywhere.
3. Trying to place request for cheque book with name but that option too not available.
4. Account not able to map to upi apps.


So does axis takes time to setup account in backend with all system then how much time?
