Axis bank PNO is asking for Aadhar and PAN linked date

My Axis bank IOCL Rupay card is rejected and reason for cancellation was provided as intenal polciy. I escalated to PNO and he is saying Aadhar and PAN not linked but I have it linked since government announced. I told this to PNO and added that I have applied and got 2 axis cards in last 2 years (with date of approval) which would be based on my Aadhar-PAN linked date. He is now asking me to tell date of Aadhar-PAN linking. I cannot find the date but only status. He is telling me to check in income tax websites, still no luck. I searched for old SMS and e-mails and still couldn't find. Can anyone tell me how to find this Aadhaar-PAN linked date?

Bank A/c open karna hai bina link kiye, opened account ko inoperative nahi karna hai ya lekin uske name pe card reject karna hai 🤣
