Hello everyone, I have a already axis bank credit card.
I recently got a pre approved offer for axis bank privilege credit card which had joining fee and annual fee 0. Then I applied for the card. The joining benefit of this card was that if you make a transaction within the first 30 days, you will get 12500 eged points. Since my card has joining and annual fee 0.
So will I get the joining benefit?

There won't be any joining benefits to ltf cards..
Only.fee.payimg customers are eligible for joining benefits

hey guys i already have Paid Axis bank privilege credit card which i applied last year i guess and i am paying 1500 annually, now they are offering it as LTF and other than this i already have 2 other axis cards [rewards and flipkart].

So, how can i convert my card to LTF?

should i close my current card and apply for it again?
or can i just email them and they will convert it to LTF??

they did not convert it to LTF you have to close this one and apply again

Call customer care and say that currently privilege is being offered LTF and you are holding paid card .
You say to close the card they will transfer to retention team say the same thing .
(I have not tried , try at your own risk)
