Axis bank web portal login only for CC accounts

I don't have an Axis savings account, only a credit card. Not able to find a way to login on the laptop. Is that not possible?

Login with customer id ( user id is your customer id) and regenerate password .
If you don't know the customer id
Type "CUSTIDCC" followed by the last four digits of your credit card number (e.g., "CUSTIDCC 1234").
Send the SMS to 5676782.
