Axis C2C min limit is 5L?

My Axis Ace application via GPay was rejected in October. I reached out to the RM in Axis I met at the closest branch recently and was told C2C min limit was 5L. Is this true? Maybe for Atlas but not for neo right?

Even when agent comes fr offline verification they say you have to open a/c fr card approval. Anything is possible w.r.t Axis😅
