axis credit card pre approved application help

yesterday i check my in my axis app for preapproved credit card but there were no preapproved offer , so i left the application incomplete , today in the morning i got call from axis bank they told that i am preapproved and i applied through then via call , but now when i open app i was really preapproved for 9 card limit up to 45000 , as i already applied through the call what is chance of approval and what is the application approval time plus i am also not able to track the application from thier website . i do not have any exisiting credit card with axis

yeah they also told me about neo card features and card variant but when i asked about limit he told backed team with decide

after that completing my application when i open my axis app and click on credit card option it shows me i am preapproved for 9 card

my axis card approved om 30 june . when i asked them my card bill generation date after my card approval they said that is 10th of every , and today is 12th of july when i called the axis bank customer care and told them than when my card was approved and when i asked your team about my bill generation date they told me that my card bill generation date is 10th , but till now my bill not generated , then he told my bill will be generated on 10 th august
can any one explain me why my bill bill generated on august instead of july

It's normal. If a card account is activated few days before the statement cycle end date (which is 10th in your case), then the first statement date is skipped.

I got almost 70 days credit period for my first statement of Axis Airtel card.
