Axis credit card query

I have been applying axis bank cards since 3 years and almost all applications even preapproved credit card are getting declined.

Good score of 772 ,almost all major bank cards.
Irony is that axis bank car loan of 27 lakhs approved in 5 mins but credit card getting declined.

Almost 11 applications got rejected.Complained to Pno and its useless .

Amy suggestions,tricks ...folks to get axis bank card..??
