Hey everyone,
I applied for a Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card on 22nd October 2025.
Here’s my full timeline so far:
📅 22nd Oct: Application submitted online
🧾 24th Oct: Offline KYC completed (agent visited home)
🔐 29th Oct: Received CKYC update message from Axis Bank
📞 29th Oct (evening): Got a verification call where they confirmed my email ID, DOB, and PAN number
📨 Received multiple Axis support emails confirming my application is under process
❌ However, when I check on the Axis credit card tracker page, it now shows “Application details not found”
Has anyone else faced this same issue recently?
Is it normal during backend verification, or should I contact Axis support again?
My CIBIL is around 787, and all verification steps are complete, so just waiting for approval SMS.
Any similar experiences or insights will be really helpful 🙏
