Axis Magnus Axis Edge Rewards and Magnus Burgundy ER

I have transferred MB to airmiles. I have around 50K ER. It is reflecting in overall but not allowing to transfer. As showing nil. Please guide. Whether remaining be converted at 5:2 or 5:4 ? Balance of MB is over 300. Earlier it used to show after MB all used.

Everything will get converted @5:4 ratio because we have Magnus burgundy
but you need to have minimum 300 points in the burgundy basket and convert in multiples of that amount

Send a mail to traveledge.support@axisbank.com , to manually transfer the points, they will do in 10 days approx

Convert those first then ER points will move automatically to MB. But be careful from dec 10th as u will be charged 199+ gst for all transactions

That is because the points from the other cards have been received after the 300 Magnus burgundy points.

So now you need to spend more on Magnus burgundy to get at least 300 more NEW points, and then you can redeem ALL the points, including the points received from other cards.
It's based on first in first out.
