Axis Magnus Axis ER points credit to be delayed

Hi All,

Got a MSG from axis that the ER points credit will be delayed till 26th May due to technical issues. Not sure if its just for me or pan axis. Below is the MSG received

think systems are desired to start with. they dont seem to have any in place. This entire manual entry of points is quite silly especially when they are trying to scale fast and add so many customers

I haven't been receiving points for the last 10-12 days or so... mostly on Reserve. Didn't receive that message though.

you mean axis calculates RPs for our transactions manually? can you share the source for this info?

I guess they have only credited ER upto May 14th in today’s run. Im missing ER for 15 and 16th trxs
