Got a MSG from axis thatbthe ER points credit will be delayed till 26th May due to technical issues. Not sure if its just for me or pan axis. Below is the MSG received
think systems are desired to start with. they dont seem to have any in place. This entire manual entry of points is quite silly especially when they are trying to scale fast and add so many customersincredible that its not gone to all.. their systems have a lot to be desiered

yes but Feb 25k milestone points not yet creditedGot a bunch of (but I don't think all) ERs credited to my account today. My last credit was on 11 May. Looks like they've restarted crediting points.

even though the symptoms seem convincing, I can't imagine these things to be handled by manually..no personal source but has been discussed here in the community. Also the way it is done and the different amount of time it takes everytime, it cannot be run by a system.
Count me in. I also saw a bunch of reward points today after 11th May credit.yeah.. same with me.. so we are in the same batch of processing then 😀
