Axis ER Redemption Screen keeps loading after entering OTP

Hi Guys,
While redeeming ER points after entering otp, the screen keeps circling and I get no email confirmation. The points are not deducted as well. Is anyone else facing the same issue? I tried Web and phone app both.

Same here. Been trying since yesterday. Have sent a mail to them for what its worth. All we can do is wait and hope it starts working soon.
