Are you able to pay LIC Premium with credit cards now? Earlier it was disabled.

Yes via website, via Android app mostly it is disabled

As far as I know you'll get 5% back with every transaction made on freecharge with freecharge plus EXCLUDING wallet reloads. That's what their customers care said.
The app only support payment upto 50000 rs. Any premium amount over that is not allowEd. So that card is wa ste, will surrender soon.

Have not received cashback for applying it and welcome vouchers, customer care is shit and not responding, what to do ? Such a pathetic customer care service

After lot of compliants via twitter, email etc.. they finally provided the welcome benefits

I contacted them through chat and complained then, they raised SR and within 2 days SR closed. But I didn't get any mail or any coupon. I again connected with chat and asked the closing comments of SR. He checked and shared the code, I redeemed and did shopping in Flipkart. Total I got ₹700 voucher + ₹ 700 cashback. Total benefits are ₹ 1400.
