I have purchased Amazon pay gift card on August of 4000 which give me 249 cashback in nov 25. Now they have reversed the cashback 24 Jan. Does anybody tell the reason? Has anybody faced this type situation?

How r u sure it's that transaction? Reversal amount is different.

Plus 2% of 4000 is 80rs. How u got 249?

I had one small Amazon voucher purchase in July, which got credited in September and is not reversed yet.

Had done some transaction in October also. That is expected to come in 1-2 weeks.

Because I have done only one transaction in the last 6 month. Why reversal is different I don't know, may it's axis😂

U purchased from grab deals wohoo or grab deals Amazon?

Wohoo doesn't have any cashback offer for Amazon voucher and Amazon has 2% cb. Nothing matches with ur 249 calculation on 4000 spend.

Raise a complaint with PNO with the snapshot of both buying and reversal happened now, seeking for explanation
