Axis Grab Deals Tracking Time

Hi,

I have did 2 transactions with AXIS Grab Deals wit Axis flipkart credit card and flipkart myzone card with different phone numbers.
Its been 2+ days. Got the mobile phones delivered but the transactions has not been tracked by SMS or from the dashboard.

Will it get tracked now? Or I have lost the cashback.
Is there any way to complain grab deals to credit the cashback.
I made sure that the item was added after the URL redirection from grabdeals.

Axis sends a message, transaction is captured for grab deals cashback.

There will be no alert sometimes.

You need to have the complete evidence, follow these steps:

• Prefer ordering on desktop website
• Make sure cart is empty
• Add your product after landing on Merchant page
• Screen record the entire transaction (select second option after windows + shift + s)
• Wait for 120 days for cashback
• Mail PNO with transaction related information
• Escalate to RBI Ombudsman

Grab deals cashback will be in form of direct cashback or some reward points? also how to we track it? as in where will the cashback reflect? in the card statement or some other portal

In from of direct cashback … no option to track it … cb will reflect in card statement… wait for 3 months 😙

I have two Axis Bank credit cards on 1 mobile number. My & My wife's credit cards are linked to my number. Nowadays, I am getting an issue with grab deals. When I enter my mobile number and my credit card, it does not accept. It says invalid details, but it works fine with my wife's account. Is there anything I can do without changing mobile number linked to credit card?
