Axis Gyftr limits for Amazon are changed often?

Are the Amazon voucher limits on Gyftr dynamic and change often? 2 weeks ago, I bought 20k Amazon (Pay) vouchers and 25k Amazon shopping vouchers this month but now I see in terms and conditions that limits are 10k for both the categories.

Are limits changed often during the month? I remember this happening once few months ago so wanted to understand more.

20k amazon pay and 25k shopping vouchers are the limits for hdfc smartbuy gyftr.. AFAIK Axis gyftr was always 10k each.. still could be wrong as i have limited my purchases through axis gyftr..

Axis was also 20k along with HDFC. This has been the case for around 8 months now. Both Amex and Axis have been devalued to only 10k last week. I have a feeling that HDFC will also follow.
