AXIS IOCL CARD NO POINTS CREDITED

Am using AXIS IOCL card but no points are credit in my account since February last week onwards....
Anyone facing the same issue??

This was the exact issue due to which I closed this card. Every month I had to mail and escalate till PNO get the reward point for fuel transactions.

One time, I received call from cust care who told told me that “I won’t get reward points for fuel transaction if card is swiped physically, only online fuel transactions are eligible for fuel reward points and not offline/POS”. After hearing this stupid explanation “online fuel transaction” I placed the closure request the same day.
