AXIS IOCL CARD NO POINTS CREDITED

In the month of March I have Fuelled 7500 rs but no points are credited..

And in the month of April I have Fuelled 3000 but only 500 points are Credited instead 600...

Why there is no points Credited for March month??

Customer support replied eligible transaction received points like that...

In this regard may I raise claim to ombudsman?

Iocl lot of ppl saying they didn’t get even statements generated for this month post a week of bill date
So looks like a common issue
