Axis is charging me Reward Redemption Fee on my Cancelled Credit Card

Hello Everyone,

Axis is charging me Reward Redemption Fee on my Cancelled My Zone Credit Card, which was never delivered to me, nor used it. I have 3 Axis Credit Card Magnus, Priviledge and Flipkart.

They are not reversing the fees. What to do? anyone faced the same issue?

How and where does this kind of Fee show up if the card was cancelled/ closed?

I have 3 Axis Credit Card Magnus, Priviledge and Flipkart.

Related to similar cards I have:

I got World Privilege in 2020, Magnus in 2023 - Now my annual fee for WP is coming up in few days.
Thinking of closing WP as dont know or see any benefits in it beyond Magnus? Does it have?
I do not have spends so is it worth keeping?
How & why are you keeping it?
