If you have any relationship with axis bank (for login id credentials) it is better to apply online.

If you are holding an existing axis credit card then it will be a much smoother ride.
considering the existing card limit is 3 to 4 L plus & the card must be 1 year old.
(Mostly in this case check for pre-approved offers.)

if you don't get a pre-approved offer on Magnus, don't worry!
open the app/log in/go to apply now/credit cards/ fill in the essentials.
you may get a Magnus Offer there.

if you don't fulfill the above criteria then offline / branch visit application makes sense..

I called the customer care requesting an upgrade from Axis Select cc ( 4L limit ) they upgraded it without any further process

Get easily your hands on magnus first..
Then you can always ask for a limit enhancement..

& Online freaks like me (lazy ones 😜) it's better to apply online rather than a branch visit..

Edit: My question means was there a cibil hit for limit enhancement. Can you share customer care number from where you got LE.
