Hi,
I did not get the bonus 25k reward points for March 2023 for my Axis Magnus card. My credit card bill for that month is 1.84L+, so obviously, it qualifies. As far as I am aware, I have no payment on the exclusion list.
I have contacted customer care twice, the first time they escalated me to some guy who kept me on hold for nearly 1 hour and then told me they would call back. The next time I called, they made me repeat the whole story and again escalated me to some guy who kept me on hold for 25 minutes and then said he sent an email to the backend team.
What are my options? Has somebody gone through this and can advise me on the steps to follow? I am aware of the steps shown here, but I am not sure what is the optimal way to go about it.
