Axis Magnus Giftedge + Grabdeals Limit 10000

Hello techies..

Please guide if the limit of 10000 reward points per month on giftedge is combined ? As far as I have there is no limit on giftedge however my experience is bitter so far..Let me explain my issue..

I got card in oct 2022
I used it in nov 2022,
Got normal reward points, that's fine.
Got milestone reward in Feb 2023, that's fine..
Yesterday got grabdeals rewards of 60 reward points only for the month of nov-2022 don't remember if I purchased on grabdeals..

( EDIT :- have noticed that there is one purchase of Rs 368 on flipkart in the month of nov 22 which might have been through grabdeals-magnus combination,, so i got those 60(5x) reward points..)

3x/5x (basically left out 2x/4x) rewards for purchase during the month of Nov 2022 is still pending ?


Please share your experience what is the remark when 2x/4x points are credited.. is it giftedge or grabdeals ?

If it's grabdeals, then I am sure that limit stands combined..

Please... give your valuable comments, suggestions, experience and insights...

2. How it is reflected ? As grabdeals Nov or Giftedge or something else ?

Generally if u speak about cashback of 60rupees then no ER applicable
Axis design their card into 2 one is for cb and other for er

Sorry I am mistaken, it was not Rs 60, it was 60 reward points,,.. sorry for the confusion, correcting the post..

Also i have noticed that there is one purchase of Rs 368 on flipkart in the month of nov 22 which might have been through grabdeals-magnus combination,, so i got those 60(5x) reward points..

However still not received giftedge reward points...

please let me know whats the narration used by axis bank while crediting gift edge accelerated reward points..

Gyftr accelerated rewards I am yet to get for first time so no idea about the narrative

1. November Gift Edge points have not been credited till now.

2. Grab Deals is reflected as Grab Deals (Month). Gift Edge is reflected as: For Swiggy, Bonus Points For Swiggy Gift Vouchers.

There is a limit of 10,000 ER points on Grab Deals. For gift edge there is no upper limit as such.

Try after 1.20 am or so
They normally at times due to maintenance in the midnight hr to 1.15am or so, that is the pattern I have seen
