Axis Magnus Mobile Number Change

My mother just got approved for Axis Magnus. Since I will be the one using her card, I changed the mobile number from hers to mine for magnus. And changed mine to hers for the Flipkart and Vistara Infinite Card I hold.

I have received multiple messages stating the number has been changed successfully and I’m even receiving the OTP’s but when I try to register in the app it still shows my own cards rather than hers. And vice versa.

Does someone know how long will it take for the cards to reflect in my app so I can register for the same?

I don’t think card will appear on your app, cards are mapped to customer id and not mobile number

Had to swap sim cards, register and swap again.

Yeah bcoz Axis Mobile app registers by sending SMS from SIM card
