Axis Magnus or Atlas as FD Backed CC

Curious to know if any one has gotten the Magnus or Atlas as FD backed CC?

My application was rejected when applied C2C basis with 4L limit because it's not 1 year old yet.

Wondering if I will have the option to get Magnus or Atlas through the FD route?
