Axis Magnus Point Redemption to Spice Jet/Air Asia

Hi,
I have a question regarding Axis Magnus point redemption.
I currently dont have Axis Magnus. Super Premium cards I have: Diners Black, SC Ultimate, IDFC Wealth(?)
I have been hearing praises of Axis Magnus for quite some time now and have been tempted to apply for it quite a few times but always held back. Reason : Where do I redeem?
Obvious and most preferred choice is Vistara but I live in Bangalore and though Vistara's connectivity to metropolitan cities is okay, but I can't find a direct flight from Bangalore to major cities like Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Bhopal/Indore, Bhubaneshwar, Patna, Raipur(my hometown), Pune, Chennai....the list goes on. So connectivity is really bad from Bangalore. That has been my main reason for not getting Magnus. That and the fact that I dont currently and dont plan to in near future travel internationally on my personal expense.

So my question to you guys is what's the end return rate on points transfer to Spice Jet or Air Asia, or is there a better way to redeem(not Mariott) ?

That has been my main reason for not getting Magnus.
That's not a valid reason sir ....
This milestone thing not gonna stay forever ...
Nobody knows whether they will continue till the end of this calendar year or not...

Secondly, rewards can't address 100% of your travel ... even if it can address just 1 family trip and a stay may be.... it's more than enough ....

Just sharing my personal opinion ... please excuse me if I have crossed my line ....

No, I totally get you. Devaluation is inevitable. I just wanted some insights on how Magnus can add on top of cards I already have which give me pretty good returns. The hype is getting to me too like everyone xD

Your DCB has a max bonus points accural capping of 2500 per day (via smartbuy) which is quite low and then a monthly capping of bonus points accural

Magnus doesn't have those dandirona, DCB has no annual fee payment points or vouchers
Magnus gives a 10k voucher on payment of annual fees

Yes but Vistara doesn’t fly any route that I travel. Earn rate on Magnus is fantastic undoubtedly but the transfer rate sucks for my personal use case where I never fly Vistara as flights are not available on my route

I'll give you scenario 2

TravelEdge gets you 5X reward points like SmartBuy
Even if you redeem ER for vouchers like AmazonPay it's 6% (and this is without considering monthly milestone benefit)
But the core strength of Magnus comes due to Axis Gyftr and GrabDeals (5X and 10X (some brands have upto 40X) on almost every major brand voucher)

Is this how you calculated 6 percent ?

Rs 200 spent = 6x10(10x rewards on GrabDeals)= 60ER
1ER = 0.2 Rs for coupon redemption
So 60 ER on coupon redemption gives me 12Rs of value
So I get 6 percent final redemption rate?
