Axis Miles and More world select not available?

I closed my samsung infinite card and wanted to get miles and more for the 45,000 miles but it doesn’t show up online in the application process. Any idea on how to get this card? Some agent called to offer other axis cards and i asked them about this but they had no clue.

I haven't heard about this card before..probably they must have discontinued..not sure.. Will look into it a bit later
