Axis my zone card application.

Hi, I have applied for axis my zone credit card. Which will be my first credit card. It has been 22days since I had applied .but while checking it doesn't show any progress. Intially I had received a call from executive regarding my salary slip, but i don't get any salary slip so they just disconnected the call. Now what should I do? Please guide.

Did you call Customer care about the progress? If not try calling via +912267987700 and ask the status with application Id or pan card.

Challenging for axis to approve your card without salary slip when applications don't get approved by the system itself, if and when you don't have any relationship with them. Speaking from personal experience.

Same happened with me and after 1 month they rejected the application

Yes I contacted the customer care. But they just asked to wait for 7 days & it's now 22 days
