Axis MyZone LTF Sony LIV subscription not received yet

Got my LTF Axis MyZone card around 2.5 months back. They said I need to do 1 transaction to get my Sony LIV subscription. My 2nd bill has generated recently and still no email regarding this welcome benefit.
I am unable to find any credit card related grievances email for Axis bank. If anyone faced similar situation please share the email where I can connect to.

I try to initiate chat via app. Some error came. Cannot access a file xyz.txt because it is used by other process xD

i got it within a week.
try initiating chat via a different device/laptop/mobile. and also save the transcript of the chat before closing the window.

I also got it in within 15 days but the email went to spam folder. I realized it later when I checked my spam folder that they already sent me subscription code.

Its been more than 2 weeks and still they haven't resolved my issue. 😡 Even after mailing to pno.
They keep replying every 4th day that we need 3 more business days to resolve this issue. 😡
Is Axis bank services are like this only?

I got sony liv subscription just by paying Rs. 2 for adding my card on dreamfolks website. 🤣
