I too have been offered multiple times and rejected all of times for the MyZone card. One time I was able to get hold of an agent, who informed me that the card is being rejected because of an information mismatch. However, as these were pre-approved cards, so no documents were asked from me. Hence the confusion around what information is not matching. I have tried writing to Axis Bank on their email as well, my complaint has been escalated to the principal nodal officer. However, I keep on getting the standard response that its bank's internal policy - and they can't disclose why this has been rejected.
I have numerous other cards (AmEx, Citi, HDFC Diners) with good credit limit (5L+), not sure what grudge Axis Bank has with me that they can't even issue me their entry-level MyZone card. I am also planning to apply for Magnus but given the repeated rejections for MyZone and uncooperative support team, I am doubting my decision of applying for Magnus. Is there anyone who can help me with this and get this fixed?
