axis myzone - sony liv subscription automatically deactivated

i had received 1 year sony liv membership with myzone credit card. i had activated it in december and also used Sony liv for a while. now when i logged in after a long time, it shows no active subscription.

i entered the code again just to ensure that i had activated it, and it shows that code is already redeemed, so I'm sure that the membership was active.

can anyone confirm if they have also faced this issue?

When your membership started, you've gotten mail from Sonyliv. Validity is mentioned there as well. Quote that to Sonyliv and they'll resolve the issue most probably.

Another way to get watch Sonyliv is through Airtel Xstream app. If you've Airtel prepaid sim, they allow 1 free ott on Xstream app.

You forgot Axis Airtel.
no one received correct cashback when card was launched.
But now it is resolved
But
For failed/even Successful Utility Payments, Airtet also do not have any records in their system and shift the Balme to its crime partner Axis.

update: sony liv refused to investigate.

thriwe people called. they wanted to login to my liv account using my credentials, which i denied. so they said that they can't do anything. and blaming me that maybe i had redeemed the voucher on another mobile number, which is not true.

anyways, since it was free membership on an ltf card so it doesnt matter much. but brings out the lack of responsibility on axis/thriwe/sony's side.

I got card in Sept with SonyLiv subscription, I have closed that card in January, still my subscription is working and in app expiry is 1 Oct 2023 😎
