Axis MyZone Visa to RuPay LTF Conversion Issue

Hi everyone,

I currently hold an Axis Bank MyZone Visa Credit Card, which is Lifetime Free (LTF). I wish to convert it to the RuPay variant of the same card. However, when I contacted the bank, they informed me that only a paid card conversion is possible, and there is no option to retain the LTF benefit while switching to RuPay.

As per RBI guidelines, customers are entitled to choose their preferred card network. I believe I should be able to switch to the RuPay variant while retaining my LTF benefits.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Is there any way to escalate this and get the conversion done without losing the LTF benefit? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I agree. But I should be able to retain the same benefits with a different network right. We can both agree that except movie benefits and sale offers Myzone credit card is pretty much useless. With rupay it might be useful a little bit better. I got a good limit as I share it with Flipkart axis LTF.

But unfortunately it is not possible.
You have to wait until there is a offer.
And if it useless you can simply close the card. You can use flipkart card for bank discounts

Apply for neo rupay. It's ltf. U won't get my zone ltf in rupay till u close it again reapply when offer comes
