As per an insider information, Axis Bank has stopped issuing NEO Credit Card. Though this is an entry level card, this was one of the cards which mostly used to be offered under the LTF pricing.

Just last week, I got a call for Neo, offered as LTF which I declined happily as I was looking for something else. I think you should cross check your source once again.
