Axis not crediting points

Since last 29th jan when axis reversed few points, they are not crediting any new points in miles or in edge account. Any specific reasons?

I am no expert but Axis often has a delay of a week or two. They credit rewards in batches like after every 5 to 10 days. This is based on just my 1.5 month old Atlas card!

Software update from 1--7 Feb.
after 8 February you will start getting the edge points and edge miles

Guys still no points credited on axis. I transferred my all spends on platinum , indulje and HDFC
