Axis OTP not coming on email for NEFT/ RTGS transactions

Hi,

I have a Burgundy account with Axis. However, OTP for NEFT/ RTGS transactions is not coming on email. Sometimes, it comes a few hours after the transaction. Has anyone faced this issue? How did you go about fixing it? With OTP only coming on SMS, it is tough for some of my family members to make transactions on my behalf.

Even with my Axis credit card, I’ve noticed that OTPs via email often arrive late.

It's so surprising that a bank can't even write code to instantly send email OTPs. It's one of the simplest things to do
