Axis Reserve Airport Transfers Validity & Carry Forward Query

My query is regarding the Airport Transfers on Axis Reserve card:

Is it Four transfers per calendar year or Four transfer per card anniversary year? And any unused airport transfers are carry forwarded to next year or lapses?

Example:
Card anniversay year is May 2023 to May 2024. So will I have Four transfers in 2023 and Four in 2024 ? Or is it Four transfers between May 2023 to May 2024?

If it is Four per calendar year, then if I do not use airport transfers in 2023, will those four be carried forward to Jan 2024 where I will have Eight airport transfers?

Not that i am aware off. It expires every year. 4 gets credited. 4 gets over like a shot in a year unless you don’t travel much
it is per card calendar year

M&G is Jan to Dec, no matter if you took the card in June
Not sure about Airport Transfers, also it is not carry forwarded

Full name as per credit card (you cannot change name on credit card, or remove name on cc because of these reasons, you have to submit boarding pass etc online if it won't match the transfer won't be completed but take out from your free transfer as used 1 time, hence be mindful in doing such kinds

so i cant book for others? Whats stops the card holder booking for someone else using his name when booking? Does the driver check their ID?

You have to be present or else you can't use it for others
Before driver come documents upload is required. Boarding pass, id etc

That is fine we make a request online with all details etc at Extraordinaryweekend site. The car comes to the place on time at our adress. Then if i dont board it and my brother boards it how will axis know ? Does the driver check id of the person. I doubt it

The high end cars they send in Mumbai have a huge boot which is enough for luggage for 2.. 2 adults and 2 kids travelled in this in May 2023.. Using the front seat is totally dependent on the driver and in our case he let us put bags on the front seat since the boot was full..

Not tried this.. but you can always call concierge and check..

Can anyone confirm if Luxury airport Transfer works from Delhi Airport to Noida? I checked with Axis, they cannot answer as its a 3rd party service. They said either the destination needs to be within city or within 40kms but request can still be denied if its outside the city. They said request is taken and 48hrs before the trip I will know if its denied or not. Such pathetic service
