Could be. I rarely use my MyZone, mostly just on food delivery apps.

It's not considering all my spends. I had spend 10k on utilities in gpay but it dint consider even after 5 working days where as it updated the spendings I did in local shop via swipe

Is offline spending only considered for this reward?

Also offer was shown from Jan but it's updating the payments that I have done after Jan 15 cos of bill gen. All payments before Jan 15 were also not considered
 
Hello, Axis support is asking for the terms and conditions for the offer. If anyone has the terms and conditions of the offer. Can you please share here. Thanks. My offer has ended and I can't see the offer banner in my dashboard.

You don't need to message them. T&C clearly states it will take 90 days post deadline. Have some patience.
 
A little off-topic, But I had a question. Please do suggest if there's a better thread to put this in.

Just applied for an Airtel Axis Card, but I've seemed to have botched the office address. I called up customer care but they said they won't cancel the application, I'll have to physically change it at branch. Just got the KYC link now. If I were to wait out the KYC video link expiry, would I be able to re-apply for the card after that? Or will they treat the application as rejected, meaning I'll have to wait 12 months till I can apply next? Can anyone help me with this?

The problem is not that. I did my my final transaction one day before the last day(49th day of the offer). It hasn't been reflected in the progress tracker for next 3 days and the offer ended saying you came close to it but you missed it. So I mailed them that I made a transaction on 49th day. For that they are asking T&C and without that they can't proceed with the query. Since the banner is removed from my dashboard, I have no way of getting it. That why I'm asking if someone from here has it. If you still have please share it here.

I got the offer for 2000 voucher for 2,54,000INR spend.


I made few spends for Jewel and travel in Jan and Feb. And when checked the tracker on 17th Feb for the offer, I had spent 2,34,000INR so far.
So on 20th Feb, I made some 30k spends to reach the milestone.

The tracker usually takes 48hrs to reflect.

But on 22nd Feb, when checked the offer, it said, " you did not reach the milestone, and thank you for participating."

I tried reaching out to customer care support, but they asking for tnc and screenshot, but the app did not allow to take any screenshot. Without that they will not be able to help on this it seems.

Can you please share any screenshots and terms and conditions for this offer ? Should I write to PnO or how to resolve this ?
