I got the offer for 2000 voucher for 2,54,000INR spend.
I made few spends for Jewel and travel in Jan and Feb. And when checked the tracker on 17th Feb for the offer, I had spent 2,34,000INR so far.
So on 20th Feb, I made some 30k spends to reach the milestone.
The tracker usually takes 48hrs to reflect.
But on 22nd Feb, when checked the offer, it said, " you did not reach the milestone, and thank you for participating."
I tried reaching out to customer care support, but they asking for tnc and screenshot, but the app did not allow to take any screenshot. Without that they will not be able to help on this it seems.
Can you please share any screenshots and terms and conditions for this offer ? Should I write to PnO or how to resolve this ?
