Hotel Points Axis Traveledge Conversion error

I have been facing a problem with points conversion on TravelEdge. An error code 6517 pops up everytime I tried to transfer my points.

This has been happening since past 3 months and initially I thought the problem was with Accor Transfers. But today I tried with Maharaja club, but the transaction failed with same error.

I have tried reaching out to Traveledge support, Nodal officer and PNO. Nothing has yielded any result so far.

Anyone else who has faced similar issue in the past? How did you resolve it?

I am facing same issue from last 3 weeks. Alredy complaint raised with pno. But they are just kept extending resolution time

Just waiting on 30 days to get complete since their first reply so the next move will be RBIO
