As per the updated information... Can someone kindly re-confirm whether AXIS VISTARA SIGNATURE/ VISTARA INFINITE credit card earns CV (Club Vistara) points on utility and government spendings or not?

Is there any limit on insurance spends as well? For example, if I spend Rs 2 lakhs on insurance using infinia, they only give points for the first 1.5 lakhs of spends in a day. Is there any such limit on Axis Vistara Infinite, or will I get the points for the full spend?
