I have applied for axis vistara platinum credit card application on 10.07.2023. Physical KYC was done on 11.07.2023. My credit card application has been put on hold and has been stated that I will be contacted by customer care representative. Customer Care is not telling reason of holding and saying to wait for approval or decline. No representative has called me for further information and documents. What should I do?
