I used to seek support regarding upgrades, Limit Enhancement via HDFC Grievance Redressal and response time was quite certain. an automated message, followed by personalised response in 2-3 days from escalation team. and then finally a conclusion in 4-7 days.
Just recently ( only this time ) they are delaying the request/case number. They have mailed me an apology for delaying the case for the 4th time now. NBD, but is anyone facing similar issues ?
