Bajaj EMI Card - Query

In the month of oct 2024 I wanted to buy an refrigerator on loan

So i went to vijay sales... And i purchased it on bajaj finance

I was not having their emi card so the vijay sales bajaj executive created emi card for me

So in bajaj finserv app it was showing co branded vijay sales emi card

Right now my card is showing blocked in emi card page
Despite having cibil 780 (0 missed emi)
When I go to help and customer service section and click on option raise a request there it is my card is expired

So what should I do..?
Is my card blocked or expired validity was 2033

Its better be in blocked state.
Get any secured or unsecured credit card for purchasing products over easy emi's.

even debit card card emi is better than the bajaj emi due to their documentation charges and additional insurances . even it collect cibil charges at the customers 😡

I bought refrigerator worth 62000/-

I was supposed to pay dp of 6500 around

In which card charge was 530
Documents charges / processingfee was 2000
And in first emi they collected 300 charge
Rest 4500 was deducted from my product price

So my tenure was 23 months 2499/-
