Bajaj wallet blocked

My bajaj wallet got blocked after loading through yes bank cc and asking for pan card and statement but after providing all the necessary documents they said you have to complete Vkyc i said ok I will do then they called me and said select schedule for vkyc and the process continue for 2 times but no one send link or any option for vkyc...
Now my query is that how I should unblock they are the worst customer support they don't know the process talk like idiot..

I loaded my wallet with my friends card but now in vkyc they are saying that we both need to complete kyc and show card on same vkyc that's not fair....
