Balance transfer for achieving milestone benefits

Hi all can someone help me with my query. l have axis club vistara card and i do rent payment or any other payment and do a balance transfer to DCB will I get milestone benefits on vistara and dcb and reward points in club vistara as well ( not sure I will get rewards points in vistara for rent payment) I am quite new to both of this card

We do have options in every netbanking portal and hdfc has a section billpay with other bank credit card payment

How is that balance transfer. You can’t pay other banks credit card bill using a credit card bro, only a debit card.

ok, I was wrong and the bill pay option has a debit card only. But we do an option called balance transfer of other credit cards how about that?? do we get milestone benefits on that and reward points

doesn't balance transfer involve 10-15% as interest charges? in that case, the reward points (if they are even issued) would probably be nullified.
