@Bandhan bank is exploiting senior citizens by levying incorrect charges. Is there any reference to higher management of Bandhan Bank to let them know about it. @TechnoFino
They have charges 3k for depositing extra cash in the account from senior citizen.

They deducted 1218 as Cash Deposit Charges because my mom who is a senior citizen deposited more than the monthly cash deposit limit of 300000 in a month. We maintain a premium relationship with bandhan Bank with fd's over 20 Lakhs but they did not auto upgraded or even provided a one time waiver. No information was provided regarding such charges.

I reported the issue to RBI Ombudsman and then the issue was resolved.
