Bangalore arrival lounge

I will be reaching blr early morning and have to wait for friends to come for around 3 4 hours.

So is there any arrival lounge that I can use to wait?if yes then is there any credit card that gives complimentary access?

There is no arrival lounge in the existing terminal. You can either exit the airport and check out multiple F&B options at The Quad (outside the airport, left side of bus service). Else exit and re enter airport to use the departure lounges (incase flying out)
