Bank accounts with no ECS/NACH return charges?

ICICI reversed my ech/nach charges with just one call. I've icici wealth management account if that matters. I guess it could've helped.

Customer care also told me to take care next time as they won't be able to reverse next time.

whats e-NACH? getting axis emails regarding that, but haven't read.
You set up a thing called mandates. It allows companies to automatically deduct your bank account by a figure.

Used for mutual fund SIPs, insurance payments etc.

If you set up mandate of 1 crore they can deduct anything below one crore. That's how it works
